Today, I’ve got a total experience of 3 years at Publicis Sapient, but I still remember the first day just like it was yesterday. The journey has been no less than amazing. I remember the day when I stepped into this corporate world, and my life took a completely new turn — undoubtedly the best one! Working in an MNC was indeed one of the best decisions that I took. I joined Publicis Sapient on a decent starting salary, plus other perks which I got were fairly attractive for any new joinee who has no prior experience of the corporate world.
I was also able to maintain a pretty healthy work and life balance. If I look back, I’ve hardly extended my shift or stayed back late at work because the work at Publicis Sapient is so well managed that there comes no situation where you have to compromise on other things to give work a priority. Everything is rather balanced. Of course, having said that, exceptions are everywhere!
