Workplace culture can be a complex thing to define. A workplace enriched with a good culture has an awesome blend of employee enthusiasm and solid work ethics. I believe that the very first step in building a great culture starts with handling employee engagement. However, getting the right work culture and employee engagement in an organization can be quite tricky, and to achieve that, businesses must focus on their employees’ needs. Moreover, they should feel recognized, well-connected, and considered an integral part of the organization. Good work culture has:

· Work-life balance

· Positive work environment

· Dynamic employees

· Supportive team

· Approachable and helpful management

If I talk about working at Publicis Sapient, my work experience has been amazing in the past five years. I am happy and quite focused at my workplace. Publicis Sapient’s work culture speaks of its sound principles, attitude and shared values that characterize the employees of this organization. I went through many Sapient Bangalore reviews before joining the company, just to be sure about how this organization treats its employees and how the culture really is.

I would like to throw some light on the company’s work culture. First, the work ambience is positive. If you are ever overloaded with work or need a helping hand, people always step in to help their teammates, irrelevant of how much help they can be of. If they have the bandwidth, employees are always happy to take a deep dive and help you.

As we all know, a happy workplace is built only when you get the basics right. Publicis Sapient is well aware of the needs of its workforce and constantly works on those lines to get them fulfilled. Apart from this, a workplace is called a positive workplace when work ethics and values are strong.

Sapient’s work culture ensures that everybody follows decorum and maintains proper work ethics. It strongly believes in its team culture as well. But wherever there are two or more brains working together, differences of opinion can crop up. This could lead to momentarily diversion from the common goal. But it’s important in the longer run because different opinions lead to better results. It leads to competition, which is healthy for a business.

And lastly, about the management which is always approachable, even more so in these times of crisis. A management you can always look up to, when in doubt. It’s said that winning leaders lead a winning team. Sapient’s management believes in futuristic thinking.
